Aroma: Banana, clove, earthy/dirt sort of funky, hint of cracker
Appearance: Deep golden to very light copper, touch of orange hue. Slightly cloudy with a very persistent, mousse-y white head leaving lacing along the glass.
Taste: Soft, bread dough and biscuit flavour is cut/contrasted with firm hop bitterness. Woody, earthy, and noble hop spice also present in the background mingling with banana and clove flavours from the yeast. Finishes dry and refreshing, encouraging another sip.
Mouthfeel: Medium to medium-low body with high, spritzy carbonation. Feels a bit prickly on the tongue.
Overall Impression: A dry, bubbly saison with moderate alcohol-level for the style, balanced by a firm noble hop bitterness.
